Our transportation program helps seniors stay independent and connected by providing wheelchair-accessible rides throughout the Mat-Su Valley.
We’re here to make sure you can get where you need to go.

Please contact us at least one week in advance to arrange a ride.

Common Trips Include

  • Reliable transportation for healthcare visits.

  • Easy transportation to our Adult Day Service program.

Pricing

Your rates will depend on your state and federal program eligibility and the nature of your trip.

Donations

We suggest a donation of $5 for a round-trip to Palmer and $8 for a one-way trip to Wasilla.

Medical Travel/Medicaid

Transportation may be covered to medical appointments for those who receive regular Medicaid.

Please let your medical provider know to request a service authorization voucher for your ride.

Who is Eligible?

  • Minimum Age 60+

    Our transportation services are available to seniors aged 60 and older throughout the Mat-Su Valley.

  • Spouses of Seniors

    If your spouse is 60 or older, you may also qualify to ride with them.

  • Disabled Adults Living with Seniors

    Adults with disabilities who share a home with a senior (60+) are eligible for our transportation services.

  • HCBS Waiver & Medicaid

    Individuals eligible for the Home and Community-Based Services Waiver or Medicaid may also qualify for transportation assistance.

Sponsor a Vehicle

Every day, our fleet delivers warm meals to over 250 seniors and provides essential rides to medical appointments, shopping trips, and community events. Your sponsorship ensures these services continue with care and reliability.

Basic Vehicle Sponsorship Options:

Oil Change - $50.00

Ensures preparedness and safety on winter roads.

Set of Snow Tires - $500.00

Ensures preparedness and safety on winter roads.
