Our Chugach Estates housing was built in 2007 to be a modern, comfortable three-level living space with relaxing community areas such as a game room, library, and community deck. In each unit, enjoy a spacious kitchen, private balcony, and modern luxuries such as radiant in-floor heating.

Our Colony Estates housing was built in 1998 and is a cozy, single-level living space attached to an adult day center. This facility is located right in downtown Palmer. If you’re looking for a place with good character, this is where you’ll want to be.
