Papa Murphy's Make Your Own Pizza

10 am Senior Strength

This class increases muscular strength and endurance. Instructor: Video Only at this time.

Tuesday

3 pm Zumba

The dance-based cardio class that targets fat loss and lean muscle toning in the upper body, lower body, and core. Instructor: In Person

Wednesday 

10 am A New You

Low impact full-body workout. Instructor: In Person

2 pm Yoga

Yoga classes are gentle and include yoga poses modified to individual’s needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body’s movement patterns, yogic breathing techniques, and guided relaxation. Instructor: In Person

Thursday

10 am Praise Through Movement

Christian Music and Dance Instructor: In Person
