There is nothing better than being surrounded by a vibrant community in your golden years. Each of our programs offer ways to stay healthy, active, and connected in the prime of life. Enjoy engaging social activities and exercises, nutritious food, and support for independent living.

Social Activities

We always have something happening at the senior center. Spend your lunch hour socializing at one of our congregate meals then participate in scheduled events and activities onsite such as bingo or board games. The adult day center is also bustling with fun and stimulating things to do.

Health & Nutrition

Whether you are enjoying a congregate meal, home-delivered meal, or lunch at the adult day center, you can be sure it is well-balanced and nutritious. In addition to healthy meals, we have volunteer retired nurses onsite who monitor key health indicators such as blood pressure.

Exercise

Our exercise room is state-of-the-art and includes various types of exercise equipment such as stationary bikes, treadmills, and weights. You can workout on your own, with exercise DVDs, or participate in scheduled exercise classes such as yoga, Zumba, and tai chi.
Did you know? We have a scenic pathway that can be used for walking in the summer months. Enjoy taking in the fresh air and beautiful views of Alaska right at the senior center.

Everything we do is designed to encourage and support independent living, whether you need help with chores around the house or more information on the services and resources available to you.
